About geoffrey

Geoffrey is a Strategy Director and co-lead of Customer Experience Design in frog’s New York studio with over 10 years of experience in global innovation. In this role, Geoffrey helps firms respond to rapidly changing business dynamics by leveraging innovation strategies and experience design to transform their products, services and operations. Throughout his career at frog, Geoffrey has helped innovate, design and execute effective business solutions for clients ranging from Fortune 100 to early-stage startup.

In addition to his work at frog, Geoffrey serves as an Advisor for the non-profit organization Venture for America. Geoffrey also served as a Resident and Advisor at 30 Weeks, a cross between a traditional school and startup incubator, built to empower designers to become founders. 

Before moving to New York, Geoffrey co-founded and built an umbrella of e-commerce sites where he led a cross-functional team charged with disrupting the furniture retail market. This experience helped to catalyze Geoffrey’s passion for innovation and desire to pursue a career in business design.
